Those videos out of yall's back yard are one of the only reasons I make it to beer30 most work days..... Keep em' rolling.... and the reason for the post.. hauling my DD airgator your way this weekend, all that rain this winter, thought i might be able to run some of those areas I see so much on my 17" screen. Looking for a place to stay-camp, close to some good sliding. the hernando area looks great on google earth.?? dont know about running the river side.. dont know if the ol' beater will make it over those dam slides.. :dontknow: somewhere to stay onthe water near 44... I know im throwing out a big net here...open to any and all suggestions....

There are a couple of cheep hotels on us41 and norvel Bryant 1 block south of lake hernando. You can put in at the ramp by ace hardware turn right. The water is up good.

You could put in at the Turner Camp boat ramp. Hey, it's right on the river, and it's free!

In Hernando , there is Value Inn , right up US41 from boat ramp. There is 3 fish camps , Hernando Fish Camp (352-726-8403) off Aquaview Terrace , Watson's Fish Camp (352-726-2225) in Hernando off Parson Point road, and Idlewild Fish Camp (352-216-1881)off Lakefront Dr off Parson Point Rd. New Holiday Inn Express just west of Inverness , 15 min ride to Hernando boat ramp. Hope this helps , have fun and Slide Safe.

I have a Mobil on the same canal as sleepy hollow u can keep your boat right there in the water there is plenty of ridin if your intresed we get 50 a night I think people on here can tell u about the ridin on our side thanks Rich

RJFJR's place is in the hottest area down south , everything revolves around Sleepy Hollow . They have $6.00 steak, bake potato , corn on cob . Ice cold adult beverages , while listening to areas best bands. Short ride from there to Hotdog Island , where Buzz ,Brownwater Dave , Camo-Ken usually ride.

Here are a couple more videos to feed the addiction. The Citrus County Airboat Alliance is have our annual cookout and meeting this Saturday at 1:00 at Armantes. There will be plenty of us out riding before and after the meeting. Hope to see everyone out on the water this weekend seems like the work week is dragging by.

I'm sure if you put in at hernando boat ramp you should find someone to follow out and meet up.
