Alligator cooked many ways with fixins, no open containers.
News Media will be there. So will the Anti's.

Out last night posting clean up fliers on all the camps.

Water is back up in the trails.

Lot of trash around the Camps since the hurricanes.

Hopefully we will have help from camp owners and all who use the area.

We have two 20 yard dumpsters to fill.

FSCA has took this project on 10 years ago.

This area stayed clean untill the hurricanes.

Sad to see what the hurricanes have done to the area.

Help make this traditional use clean again, it is important to all of us.

Dumpsters have been delivered. Thank you for the donation from Southern Waste Systems.
Food for BBQ has been purchased. Looking forward to the Hamburgers, HotDogs and Chicken.
Water is up. Weather is going to be great. See you all there.
Come spend the day with your local Conservation Clubs. We need your support.

Bring comfortable clothes & hat & bring gloves.

Thank you to Willie Howard @ Palm Beach Post & Steve Waters @ Sun Sentinel for advertising this event.

Hey Tim, From the South, Take University Drive North to Sample Road and then go East to 441/SR 7 North. You will continue North on 441 under the Sawgrass Expressway until you get to Hillsboro Blvd. Go West on Hillsboro. Continue West on Hillsboro Blvd. and follow the road around to Loxahatchee Road (just around the bend)and go West. Keep on going West on Lox Road and continue all the way to the end of the paved road. (on your left you will see a building that advertises airboat rides) Go just past the end of the pavement and you will see the entrance to Arthur R. Marshall Loxahatchee National Wildlife Preserve in front of you. On your left you can take either the high road or low road, both of them lead just around the corner to the Public Boat Ramp we will be using.

(by the way the map shows directions from Ft.Lauderdale Beach, it was the only one I had for that ramp)

We made it home after a great time with all who participated at the cleanup today. The BBQ afterwards was great. Everyone stopped by for a burger & hot dog. Thank you to the Florida Sportsmen Conservation Association, Full Track Conservation Club, Broward County Airboat Halftrack Conservation Club, Palm Beach Airboat & Halftrack Conservation Club and NWTF Palm Beach Chapter. The weather was good and we had a great turn out. We had around 20 airboats bring out two 20 yard dumpster full of trash. A few camp owners came out to say "Thank you for a job well done". I want to thank the FSCA for hosting this event. Im proud to be a member.
This was back to back clean ups for the FSCA. Last Sunday we cleaned up Little Munion Island. Just North of Palm Beach Inlet. A few months back we took 3rd place in the KSRV Kissimmee River Clean Up. In February the FSCA hosts a clean up in the JW Corbett Area. Thank you to all who participated today. We need to do more of these clean ups if we want to continue being able to use the area.
