Is it possible that mags could partially go out? If I have both mags on it runs still kinda sounds like it has a slight miss. If I turn 1 mag off it runs REALLY rough. Turn that one back on and turn the other off it pretty much wants to shut off or will If I leave it off long enough. Any ideas. Btw I'm new to airboats so I'm learning haha

Sounds like you need mag work. I got 6 of them for sale, likely the same result but great for learning!

Start with the simple things first, replace the plugs, lowers could be oil fouled.
For the one that seems to fire but dies out, could be a bad capacitor or a broken impulse spring.

A lot of auto stores have loan a tool programs. You can check on line to see if they have them.

Try new plug wires
Copper core plug wires

They don’t last forever and I have chased allot of mag problems before that were solved when old tires plug wires were replaced
