Continental Io-470 fuel flow issue

I can't get my fuel to pass through the fuel splitter/spider. I've overhauled the Throttle Control Assembly, the spider, the manual fuel pump, replaced the electric fuel pump, including all fuel lines. Fuel passes through all lines until it reaches the spider/splitter & there it stops. Why, I do not know. Anybody got any ideas?

There is a diaphragm in it with a valve, it could be stuck shut or a blockage.
I re read your post that you went through the spider as well, pull the cap off, see if lift pump passes fuel then.
