Well, first of all, there has to be an inspection upon disassembly, what the bore sizes are to either find matching cylinders to replace mis matched jugs, what the crankshaft specs are to order bearings, what camshaft is in it,,, if part number ends in 877, you need an 878,,, a proper valve job,,, guides if needed,,, seats replaced if exhaust flanges have been welded and resurfaced,,,,,, there are many variables to quote an overhaul price on a 220.
 
just lookin to freshin up an old motor. rings bearings and seal know i need 1 jug. motor was runnin good when lost a thrust washer
 
Ducarra aviation has all parts and seals to overhaul the PE150, now, keep in mind that these engines were not designed for prop thrust, I suggest drilling through the new thrust plate into the oil gallery of the main saddle and definitely have thrust flange polished.
