now this is my stomping grounds, just got in from the river minutes ago

all the article says is true ,lots of fish to catch plus deer and eagles and hogs and turkey, I like to think of it as Gods country, just a beautiful place to be.

just couldnt help but jump in when i see my backyard on here

103 degrees here today so we spent a lot of time in the water today

Faron, I'm impressed with how pretty that boat is runnin' with all that weight (people) aboard.
I believe you and Stan have the bottom of one of these things figured out ....... .

Hey Faron, i dont know of any thing right now, I heard rumor of running the Colorada near Austin soon. I can let you know as I hear.

I think the last big run was Mineral Wells and I went coast fishing on that weekend,Memorial day. I think you and your dad were there ,sorry I missed that run.

Last summer we put in north of Whitney and ran to Glen Rose, very nice ,not many houses up there just river and scenery.

Lately we been going to Marlin the falls on the Brazos for Memorial day.We went over the falls last year and ran 30 miles or so south of Marlin. I need to put some of those pics on here. Quite a ride coming back up.

I will let you know if we plan anything. I would like to run with you someday.

Yall are allways welcome here in central Texas !!!

Dean, I'm going to upgrade my tow vehicle in a few months, and when I do, your Brazos River and the rivers that Tim and the other guys up in Nebraska run on are high on the list for a trip. Always wanted to try running on Western waters.
