Anyone know a good repair/reprogrammer for GM Marine ECU in Florida. I have a 1995 Crusader 502xl and I believe the ecu quit working, it won't turn on power to the ignition coil or fuel pump
 
Check the service manual and look for relays for that engine. I had a 29" phoenix with twin 1996 Crusaders. I had the same problem, thought the fuel pump went bad, ended up being a relay in the wiring harness.
 
I did, put two new ones in. Hot wired fuel pump when it wouldn't restart while out on the water, but it's not sending power to the coil either

Could be your oil pressure switch, they can go bad. If it does not see oil pressure it will not allow the engine to have spark.
