Cylinder 1 and 5 running hot

Got a fuel injected io 520 with individual cht probes (p-100) in each cylinder and gami injectors. I noticed cylinder 1 and 5 are running hot I think I hit 490 on cylinder 1 and 450 on 5. On the river cruising 2300 ish what could be causing this? All other cylinders were under or at 400.Timing is at 22 degrees running av gas, oil temp never got over 140.

Do I have an intake leak possibly and maybe I need a cowl ? Pictures of cowling would be great.

Sounds like you have 2 clogged or partially clogged injectors, 1 and 5 are scavenging fuel from the others, # 1 being the furthest, it doesn't take much.
Torch tip cleaner and brake cleaner to diagnose.
Food for thought, the lines could have a lining of debris or film that is flaking off causing this. A good soaking in a caustic degreaser will help cure it.
