Hi, I have an intake off of a 425" Cadillac. IMO at 2800 rpm, it'd be better as far as cross section/runner size for a low low rpm 500" engine. If anyone wants to try one, pay shipping, then $50 if you like it. I think it'll be more responsive and better suited for 2800.
