DEAD FROGS

There is a report out that DEAD FROGS were sited riding around the St Johns river in a cooler on the front of an alumitech airboat. This story is greatly exaggerated and should be immediately dismissed as gossip and rumor.

The frogs were simply taking an ice bath very similar to a sauna for humans. It was further rumored that there was as many as 250 to 300 frogs involved in this activity, once again this is simply not true ... there was never more than a 100 to 150 involved each night.

We must do something to stop the viscious and malicious gossip and rumors like this from spreading. It gives all of us a blackeye. I personally belive the frogs were simply hitching a ride to the airboat wedding next weekend.

Please contact your state and local representatives about things such as this and let them know how it is just rumor and gossip.

I almost forgot .. I got to help them get undressed for the occasion.

Did this rumour begin on Saturday night? Laura and I were camping on the hill and heard some froggers out there.... never got to see them.

It's absolutely beautiful out there - this will be a new spot for many. Most know of it's existance - but few know what's up that road.

We hiked for miles up there today. Awesome woods. Too bad it's a conservation area.

Cntry & Stan - thanks for getting some frogs. They'll be eaten not far from where they lived.... and us campers may take that a step further when it comes to keeping them in the neighborhood. ;)

looking forward to it!!!!!!

matt.
