Diamondback has built an airboat company based on customer satisfaction and building the highest quality airboat products available. Our goal is to provide customers with reliable superior airboat equipment, however we can only make suggestions when customers spec out their personal custom airboat.
We are unable to assure every part that goes on a boat is going to function as designed; once in a while we and our customers are going to run across a "dud." However, we stand firmly behind every airboat we produce and strive to ensure every customer is completely satisfied.

Diamondback Airboats will do what ever we are capable of, to provide each customer with best running boat we can provide, understanding that most customers make personal decisions in the design specifications of their own particular boat that can effect performance.

We have a knowledgeable staff and experienced technicians available to help all customers and non-customers with answers to questions regarding airboats. I would also like to let all airboaters know that we have now joined Southernairboat.com and offer our experience and advice, if anyone has questions or suggestions about Diamondback or any other area of airboating that we can offer guidance or assistance - then we will do our best to provide an answer.

We look forward to active participation on Southernairboat.com, in the Forum and on your trail rides and other airboating activities.

Glad you are here Bobby. Not that you need it, but there was a lot people sticking up for you and your company here, including the boat owner in the situation. I admire your willingness to help with your knowledge and expertise. There is a sign in a paint store I go to that really applies to a lot of businesses. "The information we give away for free is of far greater value than any of the products we sell." Look forward to reading your take on some of the problems we all encounter along with some good airboating stories.

Bobby

Glad you took my advice and looked into this great web site and your knowledge will be a great asset to this site and thanks again for doing such a fantastic job of putting new polymer on my boat after my fun filled trip to New Orleans.

Bobby welcome to the forum glad to have you on board !!!
from a happy Diamondback customer
when do the races start at the lodge

Welcome Bobby. I picked up my kit boat last friday and could not be happier. Vinny took good care of me. He made sure I was happy and had everything I needed before I left. The boat is beautiful and it will look even better with a motor on it :D . There was a lot of extra accents on the boat I did not expect,Vinny said he wanted the boat to be a little different. I realize how busy your shop is and spending extra time on details shows you care how the customer feels. I appreciate everything you did for me,a first time customer. Thank you Bobby and EVERYONE at DIAMONDBACK AIRBOATS. Bill Dole

The airboat races have been cancelled until further notice, however; we are hosting a Airboat Rodeo October 1, 2005. The rodeo is going to include a poker run and an timed obstacle course with a cash prize. The poker run will begin at 10:00 am and the Obstacle course will begin at 2:00 pm we welcome everyone to come and join us.

sorry to here about the races :( attorneys, and laws im sure make things difficult for you to hold such an event!! do you have a flyer that could be posted on the poker run and obstacle coarse is there an entry fee ! is there a bonus if you win with a Diamondback

Welcome to SouthernAirboat.com Bobby.

Kinda sad to hear about the airboat races being cancelled, but I'm looking forward to that Airboat Rodeo.

If there is a flyer like croc1 mentioned, let me know. I'll post it on the site and we can print it & pass it around.

See you there.

Rick

The flyer will be posted by tomorrow. There is no entry fee and $150 if you win. All airboats are welcome. Look forward to seeing everyone there.

Airboat Rodeo :)

Great stuff Bobby, I need to find just a few more things I can sell so I can get my Diesel AirBarge as Thunder says up & going. Will have to stay slow enough so the camp won't be floated away but even so I'll probly still win :D

In real though we have all kinds of things like the noise issues that tend to stab at our comfort zone. But the good by far out weigh the bad side of just abt everything in sight :)

Thnx, Gben

Hey ya'll,

My boat is alive like never before!

Diamondback truly does stand behind their boats like no other company that I've ever dealt with! The warranty work on my boat has been extensive, (I more than anybody now realize that mechanical things do break sometimes for no apparent reason)!

The company has now possibly lost money on my boat due to the "murphy's law" effect trickling like a river around me! This endeavor has been without question on their part, (can anybody out there please tell me what other company would actually pick-up and re-deliver the boat as a part of warranty service)? Check with the company before assuming this on your paticular warranty.

I am possibly the happiest Diamondback owner in the world right now! For those of you that doubt this companies skill and craftmanship please come to the monthly run to see my "new" boat in action!

PS. The counter-rotator assembly does EVERYTHING THEY SAY IT DOES! I can actually hear my exhaust now!

basket thats great news !! can you run dry now ? I wish more companys stood behind there product like Diamond back has! are you ready to run thunder

If THUNDER gets the motors mixed up and puts my smog 300hp on his boat then basket will spank him bad. LOL

Croc1,

Yep! Can run dry! As long as the gas prices don't go up much more!

Won't touch the "hill" for awhile till I get some guts, (the wizard forgot to give me that)! Or won't even have a dream about running thunder!

Sorry we will miss you again this ride!

Cay ya' guess the two boats that have made every Southern Airboat ride so far...

P.S. The answer to the question that i asked ya a couple of months ago was..
