diesel squirters

Please dont anyone be stupid enough to use diesel fuel in your squirter. There are plenty of envionmenatlly friendly soaps out there that will work. If you get caught sprayin diesel fuel the cost of cleaning it up will bankrupt you and you may go to jail.

I mention this because I read someone on here talkin about using it. If an evironmental do gooder reads that and figures out who they are and catches them with it on the boat we all get slammed for it. We have enough problems without leaving a fuel spray trail through the swamp.

Just my opinion

I use a liquefied water soluble polymer in my sprayer that is actually slicker than Diesel. The only draw back is it is expensive, but I get it for cost.

Yep, they look poorly at the use of diesel. Remember, the Coast Guard can (CAN) be called if there is a visible slick on the water any larger than a few square feets.

Both DOVE and IVORY liquid soaps are both fairly envirnomentally friendly and work very well in a sprayer when mixed with water.

kb - give us the name of that stuff. It is worth looking at, let us know the price.
