Yes its an 8 cylinder GPU.I would stay away from it if I were you as they tend to get got and always drop jugs.and for as much as they weigh there power to weight ratio sucks.
 
Have a friend that ran one for 15 years without any problems....with the right pistons and cam they will do a fine job!

Bore and deck the case, then slap on a set of gitsu or hi- flow 520 jugs and pistons and youv'e got a beast of a motor. doesn't seem like a bad deal for 5k. You could probably snatch it up for even less since there is a bad jug on it. Bring plenty of gas!
