Engine weights

I can get my hands on my first airboat hull again, a 12x7 gore style. I am looking at building it as inexpensively as possible which will mean running a dd car motor, not alot of dry running up here mind you. what are the weights of the 350 chevy,472-500 caddy, 455 olds ? I won't be able to get aluminum heads on these so they will likely be ran with cast iron components for now. thanks guys.

if you want to be inexpensive stick with a 350.caddy will perform better but is more costly and with an alluminum intake is within 60lbs of a stock 350.12x7 boat is probably not the best for big block weight jmo.unless it is deep sided. as far as best engine i have only ran caddy's so i would be biased but have seen great runnin olds and chebby's.
