As you can see she is a happy woman! She did a great job today and didn't get one drop of water in the boat all day.. Another plus is now I don't have to share :D Look out guys another woman driver behind the stick

MY DAD JUST BOUGHT A 12 X 7'4" 170 INJECTED WITH A 70" WHORL WIND BOAT . SHOCKED ME WHEN HE SAID HE WANTED AN AIRBOAT.THIS WAS HIS THIRD TIME EVER BEING IN A AIRBOAT.AND THE FIRST TIME HE HAD EVER DROVE ONE. HE HAS BEEN IN BOATS HIS WHOLE LIFE ,SO I DIDN'T SURPRISE ME WHEN HE DROVE IT LIKE HE STOLE IT.I A WAY HE DID BECAUSE THE BOAT HAS BRAND NEW RIGGINS,60 HOURS ON THE MOTOR SINCE MAJOR OVERHAUL,WITH A RECONDITION WHORL WIND .HE GOT THE BOAT FOR 5000. I TOUGH MY WIFE TO DRIVE JUST BECAUSE IF WE WHERE ALONE IN THE MARSH AND SOMETHING HAPPENED TO ME SHE WOULD BE ABLE TO GET US IN.BUT NOW SHE WANTS TO RUN THE BOAT MORE AND MORE.I NEED TO DO WHAT SMUGGLE DID AND BUY HER OWN BOAT.THAT WAS A GOOD IDEA

I do have to tell you it does make this hobby/passion a lot better when your other half likes it as much if not more than you do. She is a die hard for sure!

Like I said she did a great job driving but we are REALLY going to have to work on backing it down the boat ramp  That took just about as much time as the ride did :) She does good backing it around the yard but add a ramp and you better pack lunch

Don't sweat it babe you'll get the hang of it.. I am only messing with you..

take her to trails end camp and have her practice on that ramp  .when she can do it well there she will be ready for anywhere.

I KNOW WHAT YOU MEAN WITH THE OTHER HALF ENJOYING THIS HOBBY AS MUCH AS I DO. EVEN AFTER SHE GOT THREW OUT THE BOAT ALMOST DIE,SHE STILL WANT TO GO.MY BUDDY TO HIS WIFE FOR HER FIRST RIDE ON ONE OF THE NASTIEST DAYS,SO SHE WOULD HATE IT And not want to ever go again.AND IT WORKED.MY OL LADY HAD TO MUCH FUN PRIER TO THE ACIENDT TO NOT WANT TO GO ANY MORE.
