IM TRYING TO FIND A CABIN TO RENT FOR THE WEEKEND OF THE FREEDOM RIDE LK CYPRESS FISH CAMP IS BOOKED ANY ONE HAVE ANY OTHER RECOMENDATIONS ? I WOULD LIKE TO STAY SOMEWHERE THAT IS AIRBOAT FRIENDLY.

Hey shallowminded, if you call camp mack they have a lady's phone number who rents out her three bedroom house on lake hatchinaw real reasonable. I lost her number but stayed there last year. House has all amenities including a dock. You have to launch at camp mack though, because the ramp next to the house had been taken private last time I was there. Hope this helps

Therre are / were rental trailers, motel rooms and a few cabins available from Camp Mack, 4 cabins at Big John's, 4 trailers from Big Al. Just gotta dig a little...Friends in Low Places, Ya Know.
