does the boat have to be upside down, can I apply it from the underside if it is hanging in the air, if so, would it be better to spray or roll,thanks for the help, do not now it will just fall off, also, how long does it take to dry,

The best way to put it on is to have the boat upside down and level !
That way it will fill any low spots and you'll have a nice flat running surface, so it won't pull !
You need to sand it good, with no smooth spots and then acid wash it and let it dry, the best thing to do is have it in direct sunlight, the hotter it gets the better it will stick. If your putting it on bare Aluminum it has to be as clean as possible for it to stick. Steel Flex as a base works good, if you really rought it up corase.
