does anyone occasionally go froggin on lk jessup..i havent been in a long time

My boat hasnt been running in a year, but I frogged lake jesup my share, and i will be back out there soon. Where at on lake jesup do you live/unload. Lake jesup frogs are smaller than southern (kissimmee/everglades) frogs and can be a little more trickier to gig. Some things I have found out, run the wet grass until it is matted down in the early evening, dont be afraid to run a couple miles, usually in the skinny water or next to creeks/ or ponds. Do this until about 10 PM then turn around and follow youre new trails, be ready with the gig. Also follow the steep banks (when you find them) the big frogs hang out in the thick stuff, sometimes only a couple inces in. After a rain, and if the bugs are out, good giggin follows, thick fog and warm muggy nights, a lake jessup frog giggers dream. Happy giggin.

i live by the boat ramp of of south Sanford ave.

i was wondering if any1 can take me giggin one night.. i could through in gas money and i have my own light :wink:
