Future Donation Events

Just wanted to pass this along.

I was told that if we printed out on stationary the event that we are holding, then the managers at Wal-mart and other big stores are willing to donate to our cause.
Wal-mart offered to make donations for the care packages but they said they must have it in writing ahead of time.
Maybe we can get someone to write somthing up for us and post it in here for the members to print out.
If we want to keep it to just personal donations that's fine with me but if we want a larger amount of donations, I was told this would have to be done.
I have a couple new contacts for Troops in Iraq when we do the care packages again, if we need a place to send them.
