FWC AB at Sarno

Did anybody notice or get a picture of the FWC airboat at the races.

The flag was toast. Ripped, haggered, faded out to just about white.

Did anybody get a ticket or warning about the flag?

That flag was so shot it would not make good toilet paper. HEHE

It was kind of sad that they did not take the time to meet the standard or set the example.

Before our last month's airboat meeting an FWC guy was unloading and some of us were asked about getting flags,(which he was not flying)when we ask about his, he said they were exempt,but he would probably put one on anyway.What's up with that? :evil:

FWC gave me the full inspection upon arriving back at the lake washington ramp sat.

That's what some of the officers think....apparently Southern Airboat isn't the only place where the BS rumors pass as truth (as some people claim), FWC must have it bad as well.

If you call and report stuff like this to the big whigs at state it tends to get fixed from what I am told by people who know. For instance, The guys on Hatchineha used to run with no lights till Bobby Corey was running with FWC's Herky Huffman and darn near ran over some officers who weren't running lights.....now they do

There's plenty of cases where they were wrong..they're human like the rest of us. It just takes someone reporting it to the right folks to get it fixed.

C chard talked to him for a little bit and no he did not write tickets although he said that he could have. Did notice the flag though. But he runs the Lake Harney area south to Winder right now. So you Seminole people be on the lookout for him. :lol: He seemed like a really nice guy but you know how it goes, you get him out there by himself and that could all change.

Laws apply to all of us. I was stopped for speeding (imagine that ) once and I pointed out to the officer that he had a tail light out.

Got a warning ticket.

No you are right plum. If our flags have to be orange then his does too. I think his was a shade of white. I also noticed that when he was bringing in a prisoner he was on a plane right next to some boats on the bank. Not a very good decision because it could have been bad if he would have sank all 5 of those boats.
