gardner marsh

might be water in it.. but getting to the water is a different story. Dont really know. Havent been to lake in a couple weeks. We'll find out Saturday

Preditor I ran around on West lake a little Friday and it hasnt gone up much with what rain weve had here so I imagine Gardner still a tad dry.

As of Sunday there was no water at all from BS hill all the way to the backside of the bus, except for the short job across the lake to the bus backside. A lot of hard and rough running to say the least. I'll be checking my nuts, bolts, and welds the rest of the week to make sure everything is still structurally sound.

Was on Cypress Sat night . We stayed out of the marsh cause its still pretty dry. Seems like the little rain we got earlier sat was gone in a couple of hours. Didnt hear any other boats runnin inthere either.

My friends and I were in the marsh, on the Kissimmee side Sat night. Went to the catfish hole then to the road crossing. Not a drop of water, dew was good though.

Hardcore... is an under statement for them boys at kissimmee. If you decide to hang with them keep in mind that a mile of dry is just a dry spot. I have done 7.5 miles behind them with no water anywhere in sight. They are some great guys but have a sense of humor some might not appreciate, but they are right there to help everytime if you need it.

a few years ago we saw a guy towing a new fiberglass hull to middlefield area. Stopped to talk to him and asked why a new hull with no rigging motor etc........they had a boat in the woods that gave out and they were going to do a swap out! Those litlle light weight 10ft open 540 boats take a beating.

Nat'l Weather Service showed an 8 - 10" rain shield over Arcadia and Lorida - but, it looked like that downpoor did not make it north of Rt. 60 and into the marsh. Here's hoping they were wrong.

We're gonna be out there on Sunday to help break in Blackpowderscout's new marsh rocket. Lunch at Cypress Fish Camp and an evening gathering on the Ridge for sunset celebration. Can't wait.

Outstanding Dave!!! Nicole and I were talking about seeing if you wanted to try that place again....I guess if we don't have 60+ people in a party we'll be fine!!!!

Watch the radar all day yesterday the 30th and it look like alot of water fell in the area. I'll be riding around on Sat and Sun.

Holy crap.
:D I'll never forget the time the FWC ask to see my lifejackets and I said "Why", I can walk home from here and not get a drop of water on my boots.
Needless to say I wanted to keep my boat at the time and decided to show him the PFD's
