Going caddy

Well i was looking for any motor to put on the boat just so happens i getting a cad 500.
I know i will have to mod my engine stand.
This is still stock motor.
What suggestions do guy have
it been suggested aluminum intake larger oil pan.

all stock for dd is fine with the exception of the stock timing chain it will not hold up for verry long.

Get a Cloytes chain and set it 3 degress advanced for the best result.
