not true. there is a giant baffle that is inside that weighs a ton. done right would save you about 15 or so lbs.

A stock gpu 220 sump weights 22 lbs. I have modified sumps in stock and they weight 10 lbs

I noticed mine doesnt have any baffles that sits under my gso480. Do you guys think it's worth cutting mine apart and adding ? If so what are you guys putting in them for baffles ?

I made chambers out of perforated aluminum sheeting 1/16" - 4 chambers. works great for de-foaming the oil before the suction picks it back up.
