GPU oil catch can setup

I am purchasing a Schmitt oil catch can this week for a gpu 220, would like to know the best way to install it, should I add a vent in the oil filler neck and run it to the can and block off my rear vent or do I need 2 crankcase vents ? I currently have one vent above the mag and one vent out the top rear of motor.

New to the airboat scene appreciate any info
Thanks

I put a catch can on my 520 and all it did was make a mess. First I installed the can at the rear of the motor connected directly to the vent, with a K & N style breather on top. The low pressure in front of the prop sucked the oil out. (big mess). Next I installed a crank case evacuation system on the header ( like a race car ) to promote a vacuum. That didn't work either! I finally installed a piece of hose from the top of the catch can to the top of the cage. That lets the vapor escape and the oil which is heavier fall into the can. Then you just have to remember to drain it after you run it. You should only need one vent.

when I got my gpu boat, the previous owner had a catch can setup. I forget how it was setup. I took it off, ran 3 vent hoses to the top of the back of the cage, and started running some lucas oil stabilizer. than I drove it like I stole it. that was several years ago. best motor I ever had.
