GPU question

I was looking online and found a couple of 220 GPUs just pulled out of generators and me and my buddy were thinking about throwing it on his dads old boat.....I was just wondering how much work and money does it take to get one airboat-operational....The boat had a 0-470 that quit running about 7 years ago and we have been considering just have some rebuild that or throw a 220 GPU on it and making some modifications or fromw what i have been told u can just buy mounting brackets for it to get it to fit a 0470 engine stand.....all info will be appreciated
