This is a game that someone sent me.
Now some of you may do better at this after a six pack

The object of the game is to move the red block around without getting
hit by the blue blocks or touching the black walls. If you can go

longer than 18 seconds you are phenomenal. It's been said that

the US Air Force uses this for fighter pilots. They are expected to

go for at least 2 minutes.

Give it a try!!

Just so you know, the Air Force does not use this game for fighter pilots. I flew fighters with the Iowa Air National Guard for twenty years and never had to test against a video game. Our skills were judged by our abilities in air to air combat and gettting ordinance on target with the lowest CEA (Circular error average).
Still that is one challenging game.

Des Moines Boater

Man ya stopped too soon. I never got to fly a jet but Im a fan of several that have been in the US inventory.

Please tell us what you got to fly????? :)

I flew the T-41, a Cessna, for a few hours in Texas, then the T-37 and T-38 at Pilot Training in Columbus. Mississippi. Then I went to Tucson, Arizona to qualify in the F-100. I flew that in the Iowa Air Guard for a few years and then we got the A-7. The A-7 was the first of the smart airplanes. We switched to the F-16 which I flew last in September 1995. That is the greatest plane.
Now I build and restore my own planes. I currently fly a Cessna 172 a 150 and I'm restoring another Cessna 172 and a 1946 Aeronca Chief. Every plane is fun in its own way. I've had as much fun and excitement in the Pietenpol I built as I did in the F-16. I just wished I had that ejection seat the day my engine quit on the Pietenpol. I instinctly reached for the handle and when I couldn't find it I dead sticked the plane into a small parking lot. Only damage was a flat tire.
By the way, I see a lot of NRA people on line. At the Des Moines Police Department I was the Chief of staff for 5 years to Kayne Robinson. After he retired he was the President of the NRA and is still working for the orginization. A great guy.

WOW ! ! ! A real CENTURY JET jock. Thats my second most favorite to watch. I do still get to see an F86 (my personal favorite) now and then on the circuit in Florida. Its a Canadian model with two seats. Not sure if back then it would have been a (G) model or not. I "think" it is US owned though.

The T-38 must be a easy plane to fly, heck they let astronauts fly them all around. I have seen a few T-41 Cessnas in FL as well. Never seen one in the air though. Wish I coulod discuss the hardware I see here every day but thats taboo for now.

I got a few hours in C-172s and in some Cherokees & Warriors but my most favorite to date is an old '66 strait legged model Skylane I was in partners with for a while. If I can still get a medical I hear its out of license and up for grabbs so who knows what the future holds. I guess it needs a new engine by now as I remember we were at around 1900 when I was flying and we had it under progressive maintenance.

Forst priority though is to get the new airboat built when I get back in January.
