Has Bud seen any pictures of the progress of his boat ??????

Somebody told me that Bud did not have a computer online that he could keep up with our postings. I was thinking of printing off some before and after pictures of his Motor and mailing them to him just to get him excited and up to date. Unless he is supposed to be in the dark about the progress and we are just going to present him with the new boat. This thing reminds me of an episode of Overhaulin. If somebody would send me a Private Message with Bud's address I will print and mail a couple pictures to him.............Mike

Already done. I mailed him a few copies of the magazine that hawk sent me with Buds picture in it, along with some pictures of his motor. He was very impressed. He told me it looked just like it did when he first took the motor out of the crate. He told me that motor came off of a plane that wrecked in South America and had hardly any hours on it. I think he knew a pilot that used to get motors from over there and fly them back.

His name is Ed Roberts.............aka fast eddie............Ed brought Bud's motor from south america, rebuilt it.........put it on Buds boat for him in the early 70's

I'm hoping a picture book can be a part of this whole project. A photo album of these events will surely become a family heirloom.....Maybe Sniper can get a few "reveal" photos...he's got one of the best photo eyes I've seen.
