The only thing im gonna say is i had a 3 blade H series sold it bought a Q sold it and now i have a 3 blade H sereis

Dusty,

I run a 3 blade Q series on my boat and really like it. The boat really seems to go well with it on it. My last boat had a 78" h series and liked it as well. I think the3 blade will out push the 2 blade hands down. You may not get the snap but with a load I don't think you will feel it. My .02.

Dusty , either way you can't go wrong. However The 2 blade Q should give you the best push. The h might have a bit more snap though.Al or forest would probably let you try the H series. If you can find a 2 blade hub you can try my Q blades too.

dusty either one of them are good props I personally like a 2 blade prop for snap I run a 2 blade ww prop and it snaps up quick a 2 blade q will do the same with the right pitch and length try a 72 and play with the pitch to find your happy medium

I WENT FROM A 72 42 WOOD AND HAD THE SAME PROBLEM HARD STARTS ON THE GROUND.BOUGHT A 3 BLADE H 72" AND NEVER HAD TO PUSH OR STRUGGLE TO GET MOVING AGAIN. I LOADED 6 GOREN MEN IN MY BOAT AND PUT IT ON BLACK MUD WITH NO PROBLEM STARTING OFF.TALKED TO A GUY FROM SENSENICH AT SARNO AIRBOAT RACES ABOUT THE TWO BLADE Q HE SAID IT WOULD NOT HAVE THE TOP END PUSH LIKE THE 3 BLADE H .SO I STAYED WITH THE THREE BLADE H.

Ive ran..wood...warp...power shift, regular, and Q sensenich...........

My step likes the warp best, the 12'full deck likes the 2 blade Q....

It seems, the more boat/load..the larger blades work best.............try the Q..2 blade....set it at 2..1/2 ...to start.........they push real good.....turn it 2850 or so...

i ran a 72 q series 2 blade on my 220 boat. best money i ever spent. im a pretty big boy myself (300#) and we dog hunt here off our boats. lots of tall myrtles and switchgrass. with that q prop, it broke free at lower rpms, and took less to get thru the rough spots.
ive got freinds with 72" 3 blade on there 540s. i dont think it has as good as push on the hill as a 2 blade q series. its a great water prop IMO. i wanted to run a 74" q on my new boat, but i got such a good deal on a three blade, i had to go with it. but i will eventually get a 74" 2 blade q series.
