leave the rifle, and find a good dog hunt at night...you'll have a new appreciation for the Hogs. If you kill one with his coyones still attached, he's probably not worth eating. I personally like the ones that fit on a grill ...whole..last time i cooked a 20lb sow on a grill people were licking the bones. I think if you clean them good enough quick enough and get the meat on ice it makes for better table fare. Leave one in the sun and don't get it cleaned right away, and it won't be BonAppetite'
