Hull Weight

I was wondering what my hull weighed. This is with no polymer, just the hull. I have a 12' Riveted Palm Beach style, 3/4 deck. Not sure on the thickness of the metal, but it looks thin. And how does the weight of a 12' standard hull of other brands compare with the weight of the Palm Beach. (American, Diamondback, Panther, Hamant, Alumitech, etc...). Thanks for all the help.

i know diamondback has a list of their boats and weight per foot. i think a standard hull (7.5' wide) is like 34 lbs/ft. i think. i'll have the catalog tonight and will update with a definite answer. i also think the ultralite 7.5 is about 27 lbs/ft. i'll get back with accurate answers later.

I would have to say your hull should be between 200 to 250 lbs. depending on how thick the metal is. Riveted hulls are usually lighter then welded hulls, the metal is usually higher strength and thinner.
