Duck, check out aircraftspruce.com , a first class aviation supply company up near Atlanta. With headsets and all the related stuff you'll need you'll spend some serious money, but they'll have what you need.

You'll pay that for two of the better headsets. High quality communications stuff is pretty expensive. I'd like to have a four place set-up for my boat too, but don't because of the price.
Gulf Coast (sent you the link) has a headset that runs around $89.00 ea. Then you'll need the control unit that everything plugs into. You might do all that for arond $600.
The only problem with those sets is that they're not noise cancelling, so I don't know how well the mic's would work on-plane. The noise cancelling stuff is very pricey.

***Avcomm.com A good friend of mine had Diamondback build him a new boat this last fall. They put Av Comm headsets on the boat. Both of my new boats will have these units. I have used their equipment and had no problem with it. You need to read about which model will work best for you, he has a 496 CI with counter/rotators and you can talk perfect with his units. If you would like the model number, call me, or if you want to come see them work I will be gald to set that up for you..........863-287-1864 I believe the headsets are around $175ea + the control. But you can listen to the radio, talk over the boat and enderstand perfectly........

Duck, you've got me thinkin'. I'm gonna try that $600 combo and see how it works. When my boat goes back together it won't be making too much sound, and the noise-cancelling might not be that big of a deal. I'll let you know how it works out.

hey guys, i just found a four way intercom made by "Aviator Flight Gear" for $79. their website is OneMileUp or something like that. do a search for aviator flight gear intercoms and you'll find it. they might be a piece of crapp, i don't know. also found feather lite headsets at skyguy.org for $89. i think this is going to be my system. my buddy is a pilot so i'm gonna talk to him about. i'm probably gonna end up buying them, even if they're not great, my airboat is fairly quiet.....
