Just wait till the dew is down then you can run anywhere you want!....actually i know a man thats sellin a 220 from what he told me it came out of the genarator and just been sittin in his garage... how much u lookin to spend?

well i can get in touch with him is that something you would be interested in??? if so let me know. i bet you could get it for 2200 or so... just let me know

Roy told me last night he has a 220 down here he has it listed on airboattrader.com in parts section and there is a guy up in Merritt Island that I picked up a old valve resurface machine today told me he has a 435 lower end he would sell for $400 I have his number if that is of interest. I have 90% parts here for a standard angle valve 470 pe-90 and also have my old ac engine I sell but little higher price range for it

PM osceola stumpy he has 2 0435 lycoming 1 straight valve and 1 angle valve he is selling them for a real good price.and dont hold yor breath on getting a 200 or 180 for $2000 .

If you ask me it comes down to the price of gas. 200 angle valve will run circles around my 0540 in the gas department.

I have seen them from 4,000 to 6,500 dollars depending on condition. Considering a 150/160 will cost you 2,500 to 5,000 depending on condition. You'll also pay 6 to 10,000 for a non-tuned 0-540. I wouldn't say a 200 is outrageous by any means but you may have a little less to choose from as they don't seem to be as common.
Nobody said airboating was cheap. If money is real tight you can always go straight drive car motor or find a GPU.

my buddy has gpus for sale for 2000 all still in the generator many to choose from pm and i will give you his # he also has alot of other motors

200s are expensive just like a 540 all it is a 540 with 2 cylinders cut off.expect to pay around $5,000 or more for a 200 and around $10,000 for a injected 540.pound for pound its hard to beat a 200.

and btw I'll sell you my 160 for 3300 with a brand new prop. I don't mind paying the extra couple grand to go to that angle valve 0-360 .. the amount of snap it has compared to the 0-320 makes it worth every penny :headbang:
