Incredible Diamondback Experience

I had the opportunity recently to purchase an almost new Diamondback 14/7.5 w/ zz383 fastburn engine (36 hours on boat). Prior to purchasing, Bobby from Diamondback said he would check out the boat and have it test driven. This is my first airboat. Not only did he recommend buying the boat, but he is treating me like I was the original purchaser - full warranty (he inspected the boat himslef - all again at no cost). He gave me a complimentary 30 hour service, repaired a minor exhaust leak, and fixed a nav. light. After I expressed a concern about the rigging placement, as the original owner had moved the rigging, he himself took time out of his busy schedule to test drive the boat. He gave me great comfort and eased any concerns I might have had spending the money on this boat. His company's level of customer service is like of none I ever experienced before. I have delt with several members of his staff and all have been extemely couteous and helpful. I would encourage anyone looking for a new airboat to give Diamondback a call.

Mom and Bobby and his team , are one of a kind . I was over there one Sat morn. Me and a buddy just looking , my son and his son .They sold me a rc boat for my son. girl up front ,charge his battery show him the pond out back.Turn them loose .let us walk around like we own the place .Real service. We brought one boat and most likley one more .Cant ask for no more.A great Feeling .A great place. They are a plus for the airboat community.Just what i have seen..

Count me in, too. Sent a charter customer over there a couple of months back. A guy who just loves to frog. They crafted a boat for him - his first - and walked him through the whole experience. He is one happy camper.

I went over there last week to say hello and to check out their workmanship, fit and finish, etc. No hard sell, no sell at all. Just allowed us to look as closely as we liked.

The result? A new 13'6" X 7'4" on the way to BigDaddy for charters and for family fun. Just had to do it. There were no quality compromises and they promise to be there for as long as you own the boat.
