This would be just another attempt by the Socialists in Congress to penalize all of those people who have, for all their lives, worked hard and played by the rules, so that they can come up with the money to give to the rest of the population who hasn't. It is a totally anti-American, counter productive notion.

One of our founding fathers, John Adams, once wrote:

"A government that is powerful enough to provide for all of your needs, is also powerful enough to take everything that you have".

My sentiments exactly. I can’t believe how many people think it’s the governments responsibility to take care of them. I heard a woman explain how the government should assist her in paying for gas because the prices have gone so high. That’s even dumber them federal heath care. I feel that nobody owes me anything and I expect nobody to give me anything!
