John Force

look's like he pulled the shoots and the back half of the car broke off

I was at Gainsville 3 yrs ago, on thursday night, it was uncrowded in the pits,,we were watching John's crew just doing finnishing work for fridays race,,i was thanking Force for all the great racing, he grabbed my 12 ys old boy and let him sit in the car for a few,,,,,thought id need pampers for him,,,,,,everytime he sees Force now,,,,guess what my boy's got to say....
 
Saw that on espn yesterday , grenaded that car after the timing box went thru the undercarrige . Took awhile see where Force really was on the track. Glad to see he's going to be allright
 
He's an old cool cat! I saw him at a Travis Tritt concert nobody sitting around me knew who he was I recognized him and Austin Coil. We started talking and he opened up his jacket and gave a beer to Austin and took one himself! I always thought that was so cool he was in regular seats and snuck in beer! You will not find anybody more passionate about what they do then him. He will be back and back sooner then anybody thinks!
 
force is definatly one of us i was runner up in super comp at the superchevy show in the late 90s at bradenton he came to me an complemented my door car and my performance that day u could have knocked me over with a feather got a full size poster of him huged up to the little woman with that horse toothe smile an his elvis shades 8)
 
I was hoping to see Ashley clean house as she set the fastest time on an earlier run. I understand her withdrawing after the accident....probably the biggest break the rest of the competition had all day.
 
I have'nt been postn in a while been ridding the ole caddie boat.But I saw this and had to chime in.
I met John at Frank Hawleys Racing School some years ago, in Gainesville, in all of the years I worked and hung around the track he is one of the most honest regular guys I met. There is nothing stuck-up or "better than you" about this man.....I wish him and his family all the best.

I'll bet he did too, Aces. Probably could have too. Very cool guy, and a monster race car driver.
