Jump seat question

Looking to get a jump seat made. Due to the belt
Box, the jump seat would be pretty far forward. Basically the persons feet would be on the deck lid

Anyone else have a 13’6” cottonmouth hull with a similar situation? Does sitting someone that far forward effect anything? Are you able to still open the hatch all he way.

I had this one made for my 13.5' cottonmouth. Not sure where your rigging ends but I could open the decklid with no issues.

Plus it's quick detach. You can tell when someone sits up front but its manageable.

I sold my boat but still have the jumpseat if you need a template or you may be able to talk me out of it.

Dang I like this boat and it sure runs good. I’ll have to get a better look this weekend but I don’t think I have that much room on the foot stand
