Just bought a motor and need help

Just bought a motor and was going to put it on my 10 foot flat-bottom. Motor says Rockwell JLO on it and its a 2 stroke. Ive never seen one of these motors before. The pull start will not catch anything to start it and when I took it apart the spring fell out and I cant get it to bring the cord back in. And the motor hasn't run for 5 years. I was wondering if there was a website that I could get on to find more info on my motor and could maybe tell me how to fix it and maybe get parts. Any help is greatly appreciated as I know nothing about this motor. Thanks.

i found a tag that says type with some numbers and theres 2 other numbers and it says 223 ccm. Is there a way to tell by those numbers to tell what size it is? Ive been trying to find a manual or something for it online to fix the spring for the pull start but its hard without knowing what motor I have.
