A BRAB buddy gifted me a 1928 Victrola portable record player yesterday.
As much as I love Old, Broken down, and Classic machines….I got er cranked this morning
Had several records with it, so I played “Bob Wills and the Texas Playboys”
Gotta love it.
Woke my wife ( Miss Pam) up with it at 7 am. While I was having coffee……she weren’t nearly as tickled as I was that it worked.
Old piece of history, old days( maybe good, maybe not)
I reckon it was that generation’s “transistor radio” or currently “Bluetooth “
Gonna try to upload pics/vids but been a lil while since I tried on SA.
