I had to register a new account. I used the same user name. How do I retrieve my pictures from the other account

Doesn't seem like you should have to go through all that.
Rick should be able to reset the password to your original Continental Cracker account,
at which point you would have access to all your pics and he could just scrap the new account.
Would likely save you a bunch of grief if so . . .
Of course, you would have to identify yourself to him as being you.
Still should be within the realm of possibility, though.
