LXL

All I know is it is a left hand prop a right hand prop is LXR I think the first L is the bolt pattern maybe as in lycoming style but that is just a guess come on aircraft guys give us a hand here

LXL is a prop for a aircraft engine with 1/2 bolts and a thicker cross section. Wood prop manufactures web. should have the info. I need a 72 LXL 44 or 46 for a friend, by the way. Not all mfgs. use the same codes.

From Charley at Sensenich Propellers:

The fist letter represents the blade form characteristics, such as activity
factor, planform, pitch distribution, etc. "L" is one of our narrow blade
props and "W" is an older wide blade design. The current wide blade prop is
a "K".

The second designation is for hub drilling. "X" is standard aircraft
drilling with 1/2" bolts.

The last letter indicates if the propeller is left or right hand rotation.
