Is Univair the best source for the Lycoming overhaul, parts, and troubleshooting books?
Anybody running an Electronic tach on dual mag motors? I can't see how this works. Maybe drop out a mag and replace it with a battery ignition distributor?
Been YEARS aqnd YEARS since I messed with an aircraft engine so I'll have silly questions I should know the answers to getting back up to speed.
In case the other thread was missed its an IO-360. Low time engine with both carb and Injection. Its running on the carb now, injection frustrated previous owner so I got it in a box. My guess is he didnt have or have adequate filtering on his fuel system. Time will tell.
