Made a new dish tonight

Thought I'd try something new on the grill. It was incredible. Bacon on bottom, mix of 2 lbs ground lamb, 1 lb hamburger, and 1 lb bratwurst next, then swiss cheese, Vidalia onion, baby spinach, and mushrooms all rolled up and spiced well. Not sure what to call it, but it was out of this world!!!

275 on the smoker for 3 1/2 hours.....

Pork tenderloin
Seasoned salt, garlic powder, pepper, Smoker @ 275 for 4 hours
Melt in your mouth!!!!!!

Wrap it with bacon? While its cooking?
Not sure what you meant? But everything is prepared prior to putting on the smoker.

How long did you have it on the grill??? Wanting to try it.

I cooked it real low for 3 hrs and kept turning it. Did it again at old glory. Higher temp for only about an hour
