There are only a few things for me that are on a actual schedule most of it I just keep an eye on.. Here is what I try to follow..
If your gearbox is a Rotator the manufacturer says to change it every 30 hours or 6 months. Personally I do my engine and gear box oil at the same time.. Every 30 hours, oil is cheap compared to the cost of the engine
The fuel filter I change every other oil change. Same with waxing the prop. At this time I pull a few plugs and take a look at them to make sure everything is looking good. Same goes for the plug wires and air filter, I just keep an eye on them and change them when they start looking bad.
I plan to flush the radiator once a year and reinstall new coolant.
The hoses, and belts I look at EVERY TIME I take it out and change them if I see ANY signs of dry rot. I also check the steering every time and give it a shot of grease if needed..
Everyone probably has there own way of doing things but this is how I do mine
