If they are going to limit db levels on airboats, then they need to impose the same restrictions on all watercraft.
I visited the Citrus County Airboat Associations web site at -www.citrusairboat.org- as was very impressed. The have posted there a simple and sensible code of ethics for their members. Also they have posted many photos of the good works the club is involved in. I clicked on "Contact Us" and offered my assistance in fighting back against proposed further restrictions on airboats and airboaters in their area. I will update on any request they have, and in the mean time I encourage everyone to check out their web site too.

MARK YOUR CALENDAR NOW. If you ever want to run your airboat in Citrus County, you need to be at the Government Building in Lecanto on Thursday, March 10th, from 6 to 8 pm. Room 166. PUBLIC WORKSHOP ON THE PROPOSED NOISE ORDINANCE.
