I have a 220gpu and its blowing oil out of my vent lines..also have a few other oil leaks can anyone recommend someone near volusia county that works on ac engines

Breather out of the prop end of case should be blocked off, not knowing the position of the front breather, if it is in the top accessory plate that blocks off where the governor used to be, there needs to be a baffle on the inside to deflect splash oil.
If it is in the oil fill tube, there is no real way to baffle it, but you can go with a large diameter hose to slow the velocity of the crankcase pressure.
Now, the cause of excessive blowby is worn rings or ring lands of the pistons, which will superheat the oil temperature as well, I would suggest a top overhaul, matched bore sizes, a set of 640518 pistons, new rings, and proper valve job.
I don't have any numbers for any mechanics near Volusia, I would say Abner isn't too far from you, as well as Cecil Field in Melbourne who can route you to a mechanic.
