NEED PROP HELP

I run a 13' GTO fiberglass high sided open hull with a 220 high performance GPU. Looking to swith from a 72 x 34 wide blade wood to composite. What would be better to also help run dry ground? A 72 wide blade composite or WARP drive? If WARP drive then how many blades? Any help appreciated. I now turn my 72 wood blade at 2950 rpm

For max push I really like the powershift signature series, everyone I know that has one on an aircraft motor swears by it. When we took the 70x40 wood prop off my dads gpu and went to a 70" signature the cruising and planing rpm's dropped a couple hundred and it breaks loose on dry ground without having to hold it wide open. We have it set at 2850 rpm with is exactly what the wood prop was spinning so I know the reduced rpm's are not from running more pitch. Just my opinoin, I know everyone has their favorites (hell i just bought a sensenich, but wasn't going after max dry running), just thought i'd throw in my 2 pennies.

i love my powershift too. with a powershift signature series in replace of what you are running 72", set pitch at reference mark makes 36deg
of pitch which would put you in a good ball park for best push with around
2800 rpm. and way better snap than a wood prop.with a warp drive they
say for 72" blades 1 blade per 50 horsepower ad 1 extra blade for quicker
push off the start.

I have a 13' navigator hull with a gpu, and I am using a warp drive prop. It is a 4 blade set at 7 1/2 degrees and I turn about 2900 rpms. I tried a 6 blade at different pitch settings and did not like it. Reason was it was louder and did not push as well as the 4 blade. I also cut my blade tips round and I now love the setup I have. Good Luck
