new buggy build. new pics

so i sold my old 2.5 ton buggy and started my new buggy. here is what im doing 2x4 straight frame 21' from bumper to bumper, 16x8 aluminum deck, aluminum double seat boxes, diamond plate stairs up the back, diamond plate water tank, nice little 302 over 400 hp, built c6, scs drop box, 1550 ujoints, chromoly heims, 2.5 ton top loaders, narrowed front, lockouts on front, wildwoodbrake on rear, lockers front and rear, hydrolic steering, big shocks coil overs, new 23.1x26 r1s on 26x20 wheels with 6 hole centers.

didnt you just pick up an 8 cyl project? LOL... The buggy sounds nice! Are you going with a Cradle and 4 links front and rear?

4link front and rear with big shock coilovers. The 8cyl is not a project it is done and it was just to sell not keepin it.

started the 4 link it should be sitting on its own in a couple days then the deck will be started. the aluminum seat boxes are built already.

A guy named tommy(after hours welding) in north ft Myers. I'm doing 3 aluminum seat boxes 6 seats total.

I ended up with an alum console and then two towers that were conduit with alum boxes.

I really wanted to go alum towers with the boxes and dog boxes but the cost was getting out of control. .

I hear u on the cost. My boxes are a little different from ur but they are cool he has them on another buggy and the look good. He is doing the steering console seperate from the seat box.

shes sittin her own the 4 link is done. seat boxes are done. the deck has been started hopefully will have pics next week.

Lookin good im about to build a 1995 1/2 ton chevytruck from 2 to 4x4 its got a newly rebuilt turbo 400 2wd about 20 miles. Can i bolt a t-case to it or needs a different tailshaft? I have a 1/2 ton dana44 that i want in it

Yeah ill make a new forum when i get it started. I was stupid and sold a divorced t-case a few months back but im sure ill come up with one somewhere
