Welcome to the "gang". Check your private messages - I've put a phone number/nextel # there, and if we are online at the same time, I can easily walk you thru the process of uploading a photo, and as a gallery moderator I can fix any mistake and help you out. It's a very easy process to put up photos to this site, and I for one would love to see some bowfishing photos!

That 6 foot alligator gar is an amazing photo! A true freshwater MONSTER!

matt.

Welcome CASEY
I think we have met at a BAA or a BAM tournament. I am the past Pres. of Bowfishing Assoc. of Michigan and shot some of the BAA tournaments.
You will find this web very interesting with lots of good information and humor . Now I guess the next time I go to Texas I will have to throw by bow in the truck...

Bowfishr - Do you know the size for that gar in the aimlow video. I was saying 7'10" and around 190 pounds. What is the facts?

There is beer riding on this so I need the measurements.

Thanks, I didn't win but didn't lose either. He was saying the length was longer than I did, but had the weight at alot lower.

One heck of a fish they caught.

Nope, but years ago we used to chase garfish with rod N reels just for the fight. Smoked a few Ambassador 5500 and stopped doing it. No time anymore.

Welcome to the best forum on the planet. I've enjoyed it very much. Its my way of getting out on the water even when I can't. Stay safe. Later, Cajun
