Talk about anti air boaters. You know how every block has one jack ass well I have the biggest one in Brevard County he is a legend. He has threatened at least four people I know personally with a gun or knife. He shoots at air boaters with a paint ball gun. Throws stuff thru their props and has shot boaters with a BB gun and if you idle in at night he will blind you with a Q beam. I’m not exaggerating one bit mention what I said to any Brevard County Sheriff and they will tell you his name. At a public meeting he claimed he represented our community and tried mandating a curfew. Fortunately every home owner here own's an airboat and they showed up so he failed. Even the Sheriff present at the meeting mentioned he called the Sheriffs department over 280 times that year alone. Every airboat that drives by his house he video tapes and checks them with a DB meter. It takes every single fiber of my existence not to beat him into a lifeless carcass. What really sucks is he claims disability and hasn’t worked a day in 15 years so I must work harder and pay my taxes so he can stay at home and terrorize everybody in my neighborhood. In no way should he ever be on disability hell I’m 6’ 1� foot 295 pounds and he came up to me and swung at me because I drove down the street. I couldn’t believe it he screamed my bone stock dodge truck was to loud just before he swung. I know if I hit him back he would sue me and win because he claims his disabled and now is a senior citizen. Which I have learned is a felony to hit. So what can ya do nothing that’s why the sheriffs don’t even mess with him? Just to let peolpe know he lives in the Sarno marsh area.

The laws in Florida must be a lot different there than up here ,because if he did that stuff up here in Georgia he would have been in jail a long time ago,those acts you named fall under assualt up here and I would probably

It’s also against the law here. However the guy’s whole life revolves around beating the system, I must admit he is doing a good job of it. He is on disability doesn’t have to work he also collects SS. I have also been told he doesn’t have to pay property taxes because of his claimed disability. The police pretty much make sure to not agetate him. The Florida state attorney has a case against him right now the state has plea bargained with him all the way down to probation but he refuses to take their offer. Can you believe this, the case is over him pulling a gun on a man in front of his family and threaten to kill him. There is only one way to deal with him and I honestly pray it never happens. However if I ever feel my safety or the safety of my family is in question I will not hesitate to defend myself and family. He is the type of person the Liberals use to take away all of our hard earned rights.

As a SWAT officer I have had to deal with people like this and at some point they all ways end up steping over the very thin line they walk and they either end up taking some one elses life or making some unfortunate officer like me use deadly force on them.I think I would use the utter most caution around this guy if he's doing this it's just a matter of time before he snaps,hopefully they will have him behind bars before he does.

Myself and every person in my neighborhood sure hope so. What stinks is I’m sure some innocent person will have to die before anything is done about him. He has been an issue for around ten years now. I’m very careful around him and I’m always prepared to protect myself. He is just like the other lady that was complaining about airboats their both crazy as a loon. The only good thing is everyone knows he is a Tom Cruise waiting to happen (you know the guy in Palm Bay Florida) who shot around 15 people. So everybody is very cautious around him even the police don’t deal with him unless there are 2 officers present.

I know just where your talking about because I've rode you that canal and saw him video me one time and i said to my wife what is this idot doing.It probably drives him crazy when we play in the flats buy his house and he can't see anyone.we play on the other side of the trees.he bought the place and almost every house on them 2 streets have 2 airboats.
You and your neighbors could get together and buy this guy out. Give him more that it's worth just to get rid of him. Then sell it to an airboat family.
Explain the situation, and find a realtor and a bank that will work with you. It might cost each of you a few bucks, but it looks like it would be worth it.

Sounds like you need to tape him & send it to a few of your local reporters.
There may be interest in doing a story on why we have laws to protect the people & then law enforcement or the judges doesn't want to do anything with a law breaker.
