My Sensenich 72in composite prop got damaged...Both blades.

One of the bushings from my left rudder busted, the rudder inched forward at hit both blades while I was trying to get off a mud flat....

Who has gotten their prop refurbished?

Do you all know how much $$$ I may be looking at for repairs, ballpark figures?

I feel like I lost a kidney

:(

That sucks. Had it been a wood prop it probably would have exploded and you would still be out there. I have no idea how much it's gonna cost but atleast you alright.

i think it is 150$ a blade . as long as it is repairable.you might call sensenich to see if the have refir. blade in stock, then make the trip.

Thanks guys...Im hoping its repairable, the damage is on the trailing edge of both blades..

Im calling sensenich first thing Monday...

As long as it is repairable it will be $150.00,ask for Don.I had 2 done not long ago, took about 2 weeks.

I'm with ya bubba. Let's see, my trailer had a flat tire, the plug inexplicably came out and the boat started sinking, I got stuck in front of about 6 or 7 other airboaters where nobody else got stuck, the battery died and I had to use my jump crank. I'm done man. Y'all will see me back here after I sell my boat and buy a new one.

Eddy, to think that you were only about 50 yds from the ramp and ran all day perfectly fine. You have a spot in my boat, in case you don't get your prop back in time for the mudfest.

Thanks....!

Well Im back from a weeks long camping vacation at Georgias Stone Mountain park...Awesome!

I sent out the prop this morning via UPS, Don and the gang at Sensenich should have it by Tuesday.

:)

Great News..The prop can be repaired, spoke to Don at Sensenich, the prop should come back in 2-3 weeks as if it was brand new :) :) :)
